massage with scratch/cut

Dear Lizzie and others experts
I had a massage with a small scratch/cut few days old on my finger, it wasn't deep when happened I managed to make it stop bleeding with a tissue. It wasn't bleeding when I got in however when I left the massage place I noticed my finger had some blood on it, the cut re-opened slightly. Now I'm not sure if it re-opened while I was putting my shoes on or if for some reasons when the lady massaged my hand. It wasn't a sex massage just normal back,head and arms massage at a Chinese place, not sex at all.
Do you think I need to worry? My wife also said to me not to worry about, but I'm just woried if she the lady may had some blood on her hands as well or she had for some unknown reasons other infected fluids on her hands that I did not notice. Shall I move on or do you think I need to get tested and STOP having unprotected sex with my wife? Thanks a lot

Hi sorry to come here but I read in this site and others that if you get in contact with a bleeding cut there maybe a risk.
Why my shouldn't be at risk? Because the lady if she had vaginal secretions or blood on her hands HIV would be already dead?
My cut wasn't very deep and a week old anyway it bleeded a bit during the massage.
I'm worried, I'm not having sex with my wife for this as well and she is getting mad at me as well.
Really I can forget about this situation?
How deep should have been the cut? And regardless the cut if she massaged my hand with her hand if she had secretions that wouldn't been a problem correct?

Pls answer one more question about this. So regardless what the lady may had on her hand (blood,secretions) she couldn't infect me trough a hand massage on my re-open bleede cut?
