ALL FORUM USERS, PLEASE USE COMMON SENSE!  ONLY 3 NEW QUESTIONS CAN BE ACCEPTED ON THIS FORUM EVERY 24 HOURS, SO UNNECESSARY ONES ALWAYS BLOCK OTHERS WITH NEW QUESTIONS.  EVEN IF DELETED AFTER POSTING, THE LIMIT APPLIES.  Your use of a new thread to post additional information, which I deleted, was inappropriate.

Yes you are acting quite paranoid.  The likelihood of infection was low.  Any infection you could have acquired would have been treated by the drugs you have had, and not one of your symptoms hints at any STD.  The antibiotics did not affect the HIV test results.

Your doctor is absolutely right.  Your only problem is your anxiety over your infidelity, and it is responsible for all your symptoms.  If they persist, you need mental health counseling, not further antibiotics or testing.
