mike i was blood donor and health care workers told me that i didnt have to tell them cause i'm negative and i'm good to go . if something was wrong with my blood wont they get in touch with you asap aint that the law , now they said i cant gave blood cause it was male assult me

mike it was anal . he told me dont tell nobody cause i know where you live and 3 months latter i told the police they didnt do nothing . but the det said take test 6 months and all of the tests are negative redcross said oh we needed to know about raped and i said health dept told me it my bussness all of my tests are negative.  can i get into trouble not telling, they send me letter said that i cant donate nomore but this one blood bank told me i can at year . they she said i'm still in shock about raped . i'm getting defferents stories . if something was wrong with my blood by law they have too let me know asap . thanks alot .I'm gaving it oo the Lord watch over me , peace Mike , Rob

Okay so what I understand here is, you have tested negative after 1 year followed by the assault right ?

yes all of the tests been negative year after . but can i get into trouble not saying about raped ? only way I think if I had anything then you can . I was getting miss inforamtion

What kind of trouble are you talking about ?

If you tested negative after a year  following the assault , you are HIV negative. you don't have to worry about any thing.
