more than 80 days hiv antibody test

Hi, thanks in advance for your help.
I had a fast intercourse with a sw in a hotel in shanghai. first she gave me oral on condom, then 1 minute intercourse then removed the condom and oral, then new condom and lasted 1 minute i washed myself with soap after that. i suspect seeing blood from her mouth. . ( it was a sin and regret it because i am a married man and i love my wife )
after i came back i made love with my wife without condom. she made an antibody test after 5 weeks of our sex and it was negative.
then after 47 days of the exposure to the unprotected sex with the sw  i had an Elisa antibody test the result came back after 1 day and it was negative.

do i need more tests? on day 90? or enough?
i have little pain in my throat to my upper lungs area. and that tube between. can not swallow food normally like before.

Thanks brother john,
till now i feel not ok ( maybe paranoia ) or because the doctor told me my whole blood test came back with white cell count high, ( he said there is a bacteria attacking , and white blood cells are fighting! )
maybe! i hope so.
