mouth ulcer

Some fruit in the sealing bag without air.
Some blood on the fruit. I am ate this fruit.
I have mouth ulcer.  If it is Hiv blood.
please help me.

So I'm very worried.
I brought this fruits arrived my home. After 10 minutes I'm ate this fruit.
I am notice some blood on it.
