multiple high risk with same sex partner

i had been dating a guy for about three months. the first month we had protected anal sex. i am the top, he is the bottom. on jan. 12 we had unprotected anal sex and i freaked out. we talked about our sex histories, he told me he was negative and had been tested in october, and that he had never had a lot of sex in his life, that he hadn't had any sex in four months. i took a rapid test on the 14th just to get a baseline. it was negative. we had unprotected anal two more times: on february 22nd and february 28th. he then told me that he worked as an escort two years prior but used condoms. i freaked again and had another rapid test on march 1st - seven weeks from the first unprotected encounter. still negative. he has since told me he's had protected anal with two other people from the first time we had unprotected to the last time. needless to say we are not together anymore. yesterday, march 7th, i took a NAAT test. if the test results (available in ten days) are negative, given the time tables, how would you rate my risk of contracting HIV? can i be sure that i at least did not contract HIV in january, our first time with unprotected anal? and, if he were to contract the virus from someone else after that first time, how likely is it that he could have given it to me on our second or third time having unprotected anal? thank you.

To All Forum Users:

As some of you learned before me, there was a software glitch and a number of questions were misrouted to a server that did not post them properly.  In addition, it appears that the automated limit to number of questions each day did not work properly.  The result is a serious backlog.  My replies to many questions will be briefer than usual, and I need to be very strict in following the rules about questions that duplicate others, especially for obvious low risk situations. You may use the Contact Us link to raise any concerns.  Please note that it is not the moderator's decision whether or not to refund a credit card charge.

Also, I probably will not be able to respond to any follow-up comments or questions.

To your question:

As you describe the situation, the chance your partner has HIV or that you have been infected is near zero and your negative test results are strongly reassuring and I see no need for further testing.

If you're going to be this nervous about getting HIV, you're going to need to rethink you decision to be sexually active at all with other men.  Or simply forego sex until you have an unequivocal, permanent relationship with a partner proved to be negative 12 weeks after his last sexual encounter with anyone else.
