muscles twitching and ringing in ear?

are muscle twitches and ringing in the ear symptoms of hiv? i had unprotected sex in august, a negative blood test at 4 and 12 weeks, but i thought i read somewhere that these were symptoms of hiv.  if they are symptoms, would they be showing up this early, or are they things that develop with advanced hiv/aids?? given that i have had a negative blood test result in november (at 12 weeks exactly) is it possible for these to be symptoms of hiv? i will retest at 6 months but am still worried a little because of these symptoms.  i am also having strange pains in my armpits (specifically my right one) and that same aching pain in my groin...though neither of my lymph nodes there seem to be swollen.  i have also noticed my joints are weaker and they "click" more often.

i am a female, my exposure was unprotected vaginal and brief anal w a somewhat higher  risk partner (male).

you test showed you do not have hiv .i think once you get the fear every little problem that comes along people just freak.ill bet a case of miller light it not hiv.dont let that happen agin.

you have tested out to a conclusive 3 months negative...no need to retest.

your symptoms are not from hiv

despite my negative at 3 months (cdc says 3% of ppl don't test + by then) are these symptoms associated w/ an early hiv infection?
