Relax. To my knowledge, there has never been a documented case of anyone acquiring HIV by performing cunnilingus on an infected woman, regardless of sores in or aroun d the mouth. Receiving a BJ also is extremely low risk, some people believe zero risk. And the odds are strong your stripper partner doesn't have HIV, which is rare in heterosexual women in the US, including most commercial sex workers.
WBC count has no influence on this--and you can be sure your 'low' count isn't seriously low, or your provider would have told you so. Everybody's WBC count varies widely from time to time.
