my friend life

Hello sir, my friend had a sex with prostitute but he dint do vaginal sex. His exposure was ,He slept on her anus at that time his penis was fully covered with underware and sperm outed for 1min or less  but he dint weared a condum. He was doing action without removing his underware on her upper part of anus also he dint inserted inside her anus. Will be any risk of hiv for him? Mainly he dint used condum but his penis was fully covered inside the underware and penis dint came outside. Sperm came out in 1min or less. Pls help

He had no exposure as his penis was covered. HIV gets into the body through the urethra and if its covered it cant get in.

He is fearing because after sperm came out, his underwear has became wet assuming his underwear has touched to her anus rectum. When he was slept on her anus and doing slow action ,Anything from her anus like sweat,fluid has been come in contact to his wet underwear means will be there any high risk. Is he want to take a test ? Please help him by replying. Thank u and also this is final question
