You had no risk. You should COMPLETELY stop worrying!

Please read what I wrote before. You'd BOTH have to have open, gaping, bleeding wounds and one of you would have to be HIV+  for the possibility of transmission.

Think about this for a second..............IF you were BOTH bleeding profusely, do you actually think you wouldn't KNOW? I'm talking MAJOR CUTS here, not a freaking scratch. And before you acquired this scratch, you had no open, gaping wound, right?
You are completely clear. NO RISK. LET IT GO.

If an HIV+ person scratched ME and caused me to bleed, I'd treat it like ANY kind of scratch..........which would probably be to wipe the blood on my jeans and ignore it! I would NOT have been infected and I wouldn't lose a minute of sleep over it. That just is NOT how you acquire HIV.

Think about getting some psychological help for your health anxiety. That's a huge, nasty stone to wear around your neck!

Both of you would have to have deep, open, profusely bleeding wounds as well as one of you being HIV+ for the CHANCE of transmitting HIV.
This was NOT a risk
