nail scratches on testical area and vaginal fluid

Dear doctor,

The first i want to say sorry my bad english. I am male 29 years old from indonesia. On 05:30pm, 28th january I was having sex with sex worker.she gave me oral sex without condom after i washed my penis and than i do vagina sex with condom.but  the thing that got me worried I remember i have scratched the skin in my testical area but blood not came out, from the scratching(because I scratching it at morning) that wound direct contact with vaginal fluid mucus.I feel itchy/tingle on my scratch wound.and than i go to shower.and after one mont a had rash on my body i had inflamed lymph nodes and any symptom.on march 30th  yesterday i get hiv test and HCV test but all result negatif using rapid test.on march 31th i go to my doctor to check my rash.my doctor say i have virus or backtery on my body.he gave me antibody drug,endurance enhancer supplements and ointment for my rash.he told me if no changes, i must go to blood test. And now docter i am scared and extrimly worried about the virus.I fear that the virus is hiv virus. The last thans for your response doc.

Ok lets say scratch not a wound. But i had painful blisters that mean more deeper than scratch where the blood had not come out.tq for your respont vance2335

Thanks vance, i knew oral sex is no risk.but what about my wound contacted with she vaginal fluid. And than i had my symptom. And yesteday my doctor told me i have virus on my body.
