I had the same issues your having, I was so scared to get tested cause i didnt know if i could handle the truth, so i waited and waited, it doesnt get any better tho, just go get tested, if anything, do like i did first, order a home access hiv-1 test, its FDA approved and 99.9 percent accurate, make sure its been 3 months after exposure, and its anonymous, that way you will have a peace of mind, i feel better knowing that i am hiv negative, i tested 3 times, 3 months, 4 1/2 months, and 9 months after my exposure, and negative everytime, so trust me, its better to just suck it up, and test.. all my stomach problems went away after i tested negative... you will have so much more peace of mind knowing the truth.. Chances are you dont have hiv
I think anxiety can probably contribute to most of everything you feel.
do you think its anxiety i get this uncomfortable feeling on my right side i think its my liver, but i wont lie ever since i started to stress more and more and always going onling to look at symptoms i havent been the same. so ontop of the seborheic dermatitis issue which i read its highly on hiv people even though the doctor said its a very common thing now this stomach problem that y i just convinced myself.
Test, this is the only way you are going to know and ease your mind. Also see a therapist to help you deal with your anxiety concerns. I believe that your stomach issues are anxiety related.
