thank you for the help, im confused because mucous membranes are a risk no?
also a bunch at this party i was at there was a used razor blade on the sink and i was worried touching it when i touched the faucet. since other people also used the bathroom and their blood can get on the razor how much of a risk is this? its not like i actually shaved my face but i was a little inebriated and moving a little fast in the bathroom and could have gotten a cut or nick. this is another one of those things listed as risk but it wouldnt make sense to me.
No.. No risk..You need to see a counsellor if things like this worry you. I say this out of compassion and not criticism.
thanks for answers. had another thing pop up. at a party with a lot of people someone fell on ice and was bleeding on their hand. they went to go grab their coat next to me when i was sitting down and their hand brushed up against me. if the person just hurt themself and was bleeding is that a risk if their hand came in contact with one of my mucous membranes (mouth eyes ears nose)? should i go get pep shots about this scenario? they were bleeding a lot as they fell pretty hard on the ground and they were rushing to get their coat which was right next to me on the couch
you are HIV negative,,,enjoy life
No. HIV is not transferred that way. HIV is only transferred by unprotected vaginal or anal sex or by sharing IV needles.
someone please advice and explain whether someone direct blood in eyes nose mouth or ears please.
