need an answer please

im really nervous right now. i took two hiv tests just this month and both results were non reactive. am i safe from that hiv virus ? the last time i had casual sex was last july .The first test was the serum hiv screening test. the second one was whole blood sd bioline hiv test both came out negative so does that mean i have to take antoher?which is more accurate i also heard that the elisa test can detect the antibodies already is it the same as the sd bioline hiv test? and also im beginning to itch all over and i got rashes on my tummy . please need your help..do i have it? whats the rash about?and to symptoms appear even though i got 2 negatives already
thanks for all for advice about it. do i have to take another? and please could someonetell me whats the difference between an elisa test, sd bioline test and common serum hiv test please guys.... i never had rashes before. do they appear before or when you have it? do i check out
