need little help

Today in our class we have 2 periods free so i putted my head down & sleeped for almost 30 minutes, after waking up my friends were laughning at me & saying me that they have injected me hiv syringe on my hand,while sleeping i also feeled just a little itch but it was so less that i didnt opened my eyes to see wats happening, i dnt knw if it was just a itch due to hot weather on my hand or a syringe injection (YES GUYS R MAD IN SKOOL They CAN DO ANYTHING THEY R FOOLS )i started looking on my hand i saw 3 pimples like red dots, now i dnt knw wat is that if its a pimple or if they poked me in real... its red in colour , but no blood was on it.. i m so scared now, i dnt knw if its syringe puncture  on my hand or its a pimple... can some 1 tell me few symptons that hw will i knw if some 1 will poke me syringe on my hand while i sleeping?? wat symptons will i see after getting injected by syringe.????

HAHA relax they are just joking with you.Even after reading your story i am sure it has nothing to do with hiv.There is Nothing like that.Ok its almost impossible but still i assume for your reassurance they had a syringe but where they have got that hiv blood and how they know they have HIV.lol sorry but i cannot stop laughing
and one thing more if they have injected some blood you would have know it with the pain.
SO what i concluded is its  not a 1 percent chance of HIV. when you go back to school,i am sure they will tell you they were joking.

sir trust me they r such a big loosers & dumb that they dnt even knw used syringe can be a risk for hiv,, these guys can do anything bcoz they r  mad, well they r not my friends,.they just try to get free with every 1 ...well the reason i m scared is bcoz ...1st there is a big ground in front of my skool..where there are many drug users injecting syringes in there hands & feet,,,just 5 minutes walk from skool to ground ...so they cna get infected syringe frm there & 99% drug users r hiv..2nd i feeled little itch was little that i didnt bothered to open my eye thst time to see wats happening...3rd thing is that i saw 3 red pimple after wakin up on my hand ,,now i dont knw if they r pimples or a syringe injection red marks... i m so confused & scared, pls can u just tell me some symptons that i will see for sure after getting injected???
