need opinion about hiv, doctors say otherwise

i asked a nurse in an STD clinic here in quebec, that there is no use of doing a teste before 3 months because it will come out negative....!!?? but why does this site say 6-8 weeks is likely good enough for testing?..

i am so scared right now, because i cant think of other ways of how i got symptoms,(lymph nodes in groin, under jaw, hasnt gone down, persistent headache, pain in muscle and articulary, mucus in throat, poop, and stuff in urine(white, maybe mucus or pus, kinda cloudy ) abdominal aches, ..(plus i had decoloration of head of penis, is this cause of HIV??)

the thing is i did put a condom on but was slipping down, (i repeated myself i know..but i realy need some help, people say alot of stuff..).. ??

the test i took at 8 weeks is MEIA antibody HIV 1-2 and antigen p24 HIV-1, wich came out negative, she also said ''here in canada is the same like in US'', what the hell??..the test i took i believe was a ''4th generation'' wich i read is pretty accurate for testing before 3 months..

by the way, if my test came out negative at 8 weeks,(MEIA..dont know if you know it?)..is it good enough? is it likely to change? sorry for yout time..please, i appriciate it, thank you!

You can test at 4 weeks with a DUO and it will be very accurate,She was talking about no test being 100% conclusive until 3 Months. You need to follow up at 3 months for a conclusive result.
