needle prick injury

patient was bleeding from the kidney and his urine is bloody and it was frank blood, I was getting urine sample and got pricked by the needle of the container which is contaminated. patients blood test came back HIV negative and hep B and C is negative, what if the patient is in the window period? is blood test reliable at what number of days of infection? can I move in now?
