needle stick in parking lot?

I know I've posted some stupid things in the past but I hope you'll hear me out. Earlier today, I was walking through a parking lot of a store when I looked down and saw two needle/syringes lying right near my feet.

I'm suddenly concerned that maybe the needle grazed the side of my shoe (which I certainly was wearing) and pricked me, but not deep enough for me to actually stop in pain. Is this silly? What are the chances of getting HIV by this kind of transmission? Should I be tested at 3 months? Also aside from this, what is the general consensus on getting HIV through this kind of freak occurrence?

This apply in every case? If you are pock by a needle trought your clothes and don't have any mark in the skin, no blood, no puncture that you can see, no cuts in your clothes? Can you get HIV like this?

LOL you're right.  This is ridiculous.  No.

You would know if a needle poked you enough to even give you a small reason to worry.  And HIV has never been transmitted from needle pokes outside the medical field because there is no direct injection into the bloodstream.
