this is my exposrue: receiving(NOT performing) oral sex a few times, deep open-mouthed kissing a few times, gettign fingered, sitting without any onderwear on for me on a guy's penis(which was covered by his wet underwear), and gettign semen on my finger, wiping most if not all of it off on the guy's shirt(but i didn't get a chance to see how much i wiped off), then touching my labia minora with that finger. i tested negative for gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphillis, trichomoniasis. do i also have a small chance of gettign HIV too?

Still the same, except there are some STD's you can possibly get from oral sex-but this is an HIV forum, so if that is a concern, go to the STD forum.
As far as the semen-soaked underwear, if it REALLY was sopping wet,
and you were rubbing it vigorously with your vagina-there may be a slight possibility of contracting an STD-but don't quote me on that-ask the STD forum, or maybe someone else here can chime in.

still, isn't it a little feasible to speclate that my chabnces of acquirign HIV here are less too, sicne I didnt get the above lsited stds which are also transmitted via semen and more easily?

It's not that it's not that easy to get infected with HIV-it all depends on the circumstances. Heterosexual HIV/AIDS is more prevalent in Africa than the US. This post explains more on that:
http://www.medhelp.org/posts/show/367552
In the US, all you really need to do to avoid HIV is to always use a condom correctly for sex, and don't share needles.
People have different views here on oral, most say no risk.
If your only exposure was an index finger with a little semen on it that was mostly rubbed off on a shirt, followed by non-penetrative vaginal contact, I wouldn't worry about it.

It's easier to contract an STD than it is to contract HIV, although having certain STD's will raise a person's risk of contracting HIV.

if its nto that easy, then why is this plaguging the world so much?

is it orrect to assume that my risk of gettign HIV from this is very low, sicne i tested negative for gonorrhea, chlaymdia, and trich and all are foudn in semen too?

I am certainly not an expert on HIV transmission, but I have learned a lot from HIV forum moderators and reputable websites and articles. From what I was told, HIV needs the right environment in order to "take." It's not that easy to transmit, but when it does happen, its through contact with the inside of the vagina, not the external genitalia (as you describe), unless the skin is broken.
As far as your incident, most people here would say "no risk".

what do u mean by the deeper parts of a woman's vagina are more susceptible to infection compared to the outside, more exposed areas? is the labia minora the inside, you're saying? i got a guy's semen on my index finger, then wiped most(if not all, but i didn't look) o his shirt, then, a few seconds later, i grabbed my labia minora with that same index finger. is that risky for any HIV? i tested negative for gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphillis, and trich.

As far as your first question, a similar one was asked on the
Dr. moderated forum:
http://www.medhelp.org/posts/show/347352
I have also read that the deeper parts of a woman's vagina are more susceptible to infection compared to the outside, more exposed areas.
Did you have an exposure that you are concerned about?

Someone else will have to answer your second question.
