no-condom anal tease

I was drunk with a guy couple days ago, and the guy was teasing anal sex with me at one point.  I do not remember whether he has a condom.  I thought he did but I don't have a clear image of it, but he tried inserting his penis through my anus.  My hole was really tight and the penis didn't go in at all although it did touch the ring and possibly a scratch/cut around the ring. The guy is bisexual and I am not sure what the risk is.  I havn't been able to get a hold of him afterward and I am slightly worried.

IF you had insertive anal sex...then you need to test...otherwise, you were not at risk.
