I've got ones that I can feel in the groin on both sides, and 4 of them in my throat 2 on each side and one behind the jawbone just under my left ear.

thats the point.only a doctor could diagnose you with swollen lymph nodes. do not assume if it bothers you see you doctor. i was like that before self examining and self diagnosing it got me now where it just fueled my fears and anxiety.

None of them hurt. The groin ones and the one near my jaw is hard tho.
