nyc health center

I was thinking about when I received a rapid test at a testing center in nyc. The lady who read me my results had a thick jamaican accent and when I think back to that time I was so scared my memory was hazy but I know she said negative, what concerns me that I remember is that when I left she said something like "see the guy as you leave." Could I have misinterpreted what she told me? If you test positive at one of these places would they dismiss you like this and just tell you your result or would they have talked to you
