one more week to go

i have been tested at 2 weeks with a PCR, 4 weeks, 5.5 weeks, 8.5 weeks, and 10. 5 weeks. All these have been negative. I have been an absolute nervous wreck for the past 11 weeks. The only really serious symptom I have had is tension headaches which I believe is from stress.I have one more week to go for my 12.5 week test. From all of your experience, do you all think I should be in the clear??
