one time unprotected vaginal sex..115 days negative hiv test

hi guys please tell me i am really tensed and cant eat and study .... i had one time unprotected insertive vaginal sex with a girl whose hiv status is unknown ..and before me she must have other guy ..i was tensed so took hiv antibody test at a hospital at 115 or 116 days and the result is negative ... is it conclusive ?and can i move on with my life ? or do i have to take test at 6 months?.... i took test in china .. in xinjiang urumqi .in first affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university...... the person who took test said u should take test after two months or 3 months means 6 months? so is my 115 or 116 days negative hiv antibody test conclusive?or retest at 6 months...

I recently asked a doctor and they said after 3 months the results are conclusive! You're fine, no need for another one

Three months is conclusive with any tests.

vance .... does the type of antibody test matters? what if it was 1st or 2nd generation ? and also do i need to test again at 6 months ? can i move on with my life ?

and the test i took at 4 months and few days and is negative .... so is my test conclusive or retest at 6 months exactly? and i read that the immunosuppressed people are from birth or childhood.... it it true?

i am not on chemo and pep etc ...... and by  immune disorder what do u mean?
