after unprotexted sex 3 weeks befor i am in depration.kimdly help me for below my details

i had oral sex and vaginal sex for almost 10 second with one girl but ejaculated outside.the within two weeks i got rashes on my hand..i went to skin specialist he told me this becouse of viral allergy and he prescribe some cream and tablet.after applying vream and that tablet the rashes mark is very faint now..but the prroblem is my wife is sick now she has fever.headech.sore thorot. joint pain ...and in my area becouse of heavy rain many people is sick and same happen with all people. but after taking medicine she is feeling well .but i am worried about her may be i resposible for this all..may i have HIV.. doctor please answer me so i can feel relaz and socnd thing i asked that girl wich i had sex she told me i am clean i m not sick..but i cant trust her..she told me your mind is sick thats why u asking me..i know that girl from last 2 month..she is looking fine..after repetadly ask her about hiv she is angry on me and she block me on whatsaap..kindly help me doctor please tell me this all symptoms becouse of hiv??

You have to test to find out if you have HIV, which is why diver's advice is correct. If there was a different way to find out no one would pay for the tests. Try to relax while you wait for a test result because nothing is pointing toward you having HIV.
You will feel much better after your result if it is negative, and you likely won't feel any worse if it is positive, because you are already worrying a lot.

Symptoms are not used to diagnose so it is best to not look for symptoms because any illness won't prove HIV.

Get yourself tested after four weeks of your exposure. Do not focus on symptoms, they are confusing and misleading most of the times. Your symptoms do not tell you anything about your current health status, but your test does.
