oral and anal fingering

A week ago I hooked up with a stranger foolishly.  We kissed, I performed oral on him for about 2 minutes and we kissed alot.  While kissing he fingered me off and on for an hour using lube, his hands didnt appear to have any cuts or sores. A day later after the encounter i began to feel tired and have weakness in my hands/arms and lower legs, two days later i noticed a pimple on the inside of my mouth (it went away after a day) getting kinda paranoid that I have exposed myself to hiv or some other std am i over reacting? Hiv is not transmitted via oral sex,fingering or kissing.You never had an exposure and your symptoms are not related to hiv.

CLEARLY you can see that you had no risk.  testing is not needed.
