oral both ways with a transvesite sex worker

Please, I need your help. I am extremely worried, I fell like my world colapsed.
I did something stupid. I went to visit a transvestite sex worker. We did only condom protected oral both ways. I know that some may say that there is no risk of HIV from condom protected oral, but I am scared and many "what if?" questions are now in my head. Given the fact that this cathegory of sex workers are high risky I can't stop thinking that I might have distroied my life. I am married and do not want to expose my wife to what I might have gotten form this experience. I am so stupid. I should never visit that sex worker.
I am scared of the sex worker touching his penis than touching the condom that I put on it before giving oral.

My questions are - do I need testing? Can I have sex with my wife? Do condoms really work?(there are a lot of stories on the internet - like the virus can pass through condoms).
