can I get hiv from unprotected oral sex and protected vaginal sex with a sexworker ? I have had some symptoms like a swollen lymph on neck ...some small red pimples on my body ... a cold throat ..... muscle aches /........can those symptoms come from anexy because my head is totally messed ... my encounter was 55 days ago .

No risk at all, Oral is as safe as kissing (No risk) and protected sex is also No Risk.
I would not even test if I were in your position, there is no way you could have caught HIV this way.
Your symptoms are irrelevant too :)
