Hello, I am a gay.Yesterday, I met another gay,he performed oral sex for me.But later,I found there was a cut in my penis ,it looks fresh,but not bleeding.I don't know whether the cut was caused by his teeth or had existed before we met.Then,I did hand job,but there was some his semen in my hand,it may contact with the wound in my penis.Is what I did a risk of  HIV?Thank you for your help.
