oral sex and lip kissing..

I am a male and had received oral sex from a sex worker. Before oral sex we also had a good amount of lip kissing. My lips did have some minor cuts. I am not sure about hers. After that incident (a week now) I have been experiencing irritation on my penis and also have cold and fever since last two-three days. I would really appreciate if somebody can let me know the risk associated of me getting HIV and the reason for my penis irritation. Thanks for all your help.

A person that claims that is how they had their exposure. They don't want to make claim to their real risk.

No you do not need testing for HIV. If you have a concern with irritation of your penis see your doctor.
