oral sex different question

If a male receives oral sex from a female you claim no risk correct?  My question is what if the male gets clymidia gonneria or syphilis during this same encounter, does the risk for hiv infection change?  Or what if the male doesn't know he has another std (gonneria, syphilis, clymidia, ngu) and he gets a unprotected blowjob does his risk change?  Can you explain why or why not.

No there still is no risk of contracting HIV from oral sex. When to be concern about the increase chance in contracting HIV is when you have unprotected vaginal or anal sex and you have an STD that has not been treated it is not if you contract an STD with an HIV exposure. Oral sex is not a risk with a female or male.

If you didn't have an untreated STD before having an exposure to unprotected anal or vaginal sex then you don't have an increase. With oral sex there would not be a risk due to the enzymes and proteins in saliva.
