oral sex with a sex worker, what next to come

i was in zurich.
i had oral sex with a sex worker(hiv status unknown) for maximum 30
seconds(i did it for the same duration twice).

an hour before it I had my food and a half glass of wine before this oral sex.

I also want to mention here that some time when i brush in morning,
my gums bleed( but i was not bleeding when i did this)

It has been 10 days, and I am really worried about what to do or not.
Here are the detalis about what I have been experiencing for last 10
days:
1st day was normal, i did not feel anything,
2nd day I felt a bit of irriation(uneasyness) in my throat, but no cough.
3rd day I felt very very mild irriation(may be it is just my misconception) in my gums but it was just for a day.
4th was ok.
5 th was also ok
6th and 7th days i was very worried, i felt that very mild pain in my neck, i felt the back of my head a bit heavy, it started in the morning and remain almost the whole day but it was also very mild(may be because of anxiety).
7.Every morning i wake up i do NOT feel at all my mild throat irritation (I am not sure if you call it irritation) is not there it starts around 11 o clock and i feel a very very little bearable pain.
I today had a cough also when with the pain, I am really afraid about what to do? or what is about to come, please help me.
does this symptoms mean anything,is it sore throat or is it just my worry, should i go to some doctor, for some antibiotics, or should i go for test?
it early test possible?does it cost to much?

I am really scared to go for test...(please help me with your knowledge). ..specially because of the follwing three things:
1. My rectal bleeding at two occasion after the event. Can it be anyway related to hiv.
2. My so many bed bugs bits on my arms, legs, whom only i reacted and not my friends, Can it be because of hiv infection in my blood.. (I am so unfortunate that this started at 5th week and ended with 6thweek of my exposure.)
3. My generally bad oral health.(when you say no risk for oral do you consider that also?)

I donot want to irritate you guys,...but life has become too difficult for me with crying everyday..and no one to share my problem with..because of my behaviour these dayst i lost my promotion, my friends and spend all day thinking about my exposure..

i am everyday spending around 4 hours reading , yours ,teaks reply..to different post..

also Dr Hook and Dr hansfield say different things different day for the oral sex..
what I am worried about it my bleeding gums..is there any theory/logic that it could not happen even with the bad dental health..my dental health is 'Seriously' not good...

also i see you guys that you never beleived if some one say that he is infected by oral sex, what makes you so confident about it,..
i am an asian guy ...and really weak healthwise...so may not have good oral health that people had in spanish study and all...

teak shared some refrence (around 3-4 studies) in one of the discussion on his view..
is that all behind his stand on oral sex..

"And oral sex is basically safe sex -- completely safe with respect to HIV and although not zero risk for other STDs, the chance of infection is far lower than for unprotected vaginal or anal sex.  Please educate yourself about the real risks.  If you stick with oral sex and condom-protected vaginal or anal sex, you have no HIV worries and very little worry about other STDs. "   DR HANSFIELD

"I am sure you can find lots of people who belive that HIV is transmitted by oral sex, but you will not find scientific data to support this unrealistic concern..."   DR HOOK

"HIV is not spread by touching, masturbation, oral sex or condom protected sex."- DR. HOOK

this post is OVER...you have been told REPEATEDLY that you were never at risk.

please listen to me(dont reply with the warnings..)..i am not asking you every day..

please try to understand my situation and keep your answer as elaborative as possible.
(I am askin you guys because you have knowledge, and i dont , i have my family who is dependent on me, I  postpone my marriage which was in faburary because i want to get tested 1st , I cannot tell this to my family...everyday i am dying..)

everyday i brush in the morning i have my gum bleeding which makes me crazy because that shows by bad gums and dental health...(which might effected me during oral sex)

earlier i used to get very little blood on toilet paper but now after the incident there is a continues inflammation in my anus and i saw two days blood flowing(not little)after  bowel.,

few days before on my both arms and legs ..i had red bumps very itchy(thats why i think they are not ars rash) that were there between 4 to 6 week (but i aslo found bed bugs in that place where i moved after 4th week) , but why only i reacted to those after I moved in and not my other friends though they also slept there for last 6 months....

next week i dont want to go for test , but i will have to ..i am really afraid...
if you could share some links with me that will be helpful..

To say that oral sex poses no risk, would be an inaccurate statement. I suppose that the reason most people post in this forum is to get relief from their anxiety and that much of the resonses are posted to aid in this process, but I don't think false information should be posted. In regards to the risks of HIV infection through cunnilingus, the risks are very low, especially when compared with other forms of unprotected sex, but the opportunity to contract the infection is possible. If you have or develop a small open wound during the act and your partner is infected, you may be vulnerable. That said, know your risks and in the future, make smart decisions. In regards to HIV symptoms: stop worrying. These symptoms can also be caused by hundreds of other things, including anxiety, and as anyone will tell you, are not an indicator. Stop reading information online and get tested. The Internet is filled with accurate and inaccurate information and most health information is either too generalized or too specific to fully address your personal situation, especially when the topic is STDs—everyone experiences infection differently. If you feel the need to or cannot stop obsessing over it, meet with a psychologist or someone experienced on the topics of HIV, etc.

lol...no way.

you have been assessed as not being at risk for hiv.  if you are having health problems...see your doctor...it is NOT hiv.

kindly move on as you do not have a hiv concern.
