oral sex with swollen tonsils!!!what is my risk?????

just a few hours back i had oral sex with a guy without a condom.
i gave him a 'blow job',but he did not ejaculate inside
i am certain that i am free of HIV and other STD's,(up till now)
however is there any risk here??

there are no open wounds in my mouth, however my tonsils are slightly swollen,could this help in transmission of HIV and STD's????
is there need to get tested????

also i have chronic tonsillitis from childhood and they become swollen many times

Oral sex does not pose a risk of hiv transmission at all,however other STD,s are a possibility.Test for other STD,s but not hiv.

they dont pain and there is no sore on them
but still is there any significant risk due to that????
