pain in testicles

hi i want to know my friend went to prosititute nexxt day he got pain in testicles he used condom while doing sex if it is sign of hiv pls help

Your 3 month post exposure test will be conclusive.

i had unprotected sex dec 17,2011 now the sex was brief.. 5 pumps and it was out... i was also drunk that nite... next day my left nut hurted... and my pea burned..this was on a saturday... so 3 days ,passed ,, i went to emergency room... and they quicly thought i had an std.. so they gave me a shot... and antibiotics..took a swab test... and they sent me home... i called in a week they said i was negative on std test.. now jan 2,2012 i go to a different er... because i had abdomen pain,lower left abdomen pain... they put me on two ivs... took a urine ,blood sample,,, said all is fine... took a catscan said my bladder was a bit swollen.now i still have slight pain in left testiclle,and lower l.abdomen... im freaking out a..i keep thinking god forbid i have hiv... but my anxiety is killn me.. oh when my pee burned ..the discharge was a little pee.. no yellow,green or whitish.. ialso took ciprox antibiotic before i went to emency room the first time.. what do you think?

no need to test as condom protected sex carries no risk

yes he consulted doctor also and doctor said it is infection and now tell me whether he will go for test or not

to soon for infection after one day , pain in testicle could be many reasons , he wore a condom and it didn`t break then he is protected

No sign of HIV , sex with condom is protected , that means no HIV infection ...
