pass antibodies

Hello Teak
I know this is a special Hiv forum but I would like to ask you something that is freaking me out..
Is it possible for a person to pass hiv antibodies without blood to blood contact to another person? I mean unprotected sex or kissing..
I m sorry if this question is stupid but I would like to read your opinion! Thanks in advance

Mother to infant is the only way antibodies are transmitted.

Yes of course I know that hiv antibodies dont pass hiv infection but I ve heard 2 days ago that if you are hiv positive you can pass your antibodies to your sexual partner via kissing or unprotected sex..and I was wondering if this is true..

LOL.. first clarification, HIV infection can be passed and not antibodies..

Antibodies are developed by body in response to HIV infection..

back to you question..

HIV infection can be passed by

Unprotected sex (penetration.)

It cannot be passed by Kissing..
