peeled lip

Good day. Forgive my ignorance again. Just a few questions please.
When  woke up I saw this scab on my lip.(I usually peel off my lip because it tends to be dry,) I wiped it off with water and checked it if there was blood by pressing my shirt and my towel on it. There was a tiny dot of blood. There was no heavy bleeding or anything. Am just worried that

1) utensils and food touched that small  wound on the lip.
2) I drank a vitamin supplement in the form of a capsule and it touched the wound ( I know I am stretching it a bit here, am just worried)
3) things like towels, table napkins, shirts and handkerchiefs or anything for that matter.

as you can see all these are non sexual in nature. Can I get hiv in any and all these situations? Please I ask for your pardon for my ignorance. Thank You all and God bless you.

Sir Rain, so those towels, table napkins and the like cannot transmit hiv even if they touched the wound?

checking your posting history...it is clear that you are not grasping what you've been told about how hiv is transmitted and how it's not.

once again...

hiv is transmitted through...
unprotected vaginal / anal intercourse
sharing iv drug works
mother to child

hiv is NOT transmitted through environmental surfaces or inanimate objects.  once hiv is exposed to air, it becomes inactive and unable to infect.

if and when you have one of the exposures i mentioned above...THEN you have put yourself at risk.  at that time...this forum will be happy to assess and assist.
