percentage to infect HIV with a tested negative sex workers

i having sex with sex workers on 10/11/2011 and the condom was broken and the whole sex activities are less than 5 mins, afterward i ask the sex workers do a self test twice times on same date. the result was negative. Am i at risk and i should do HIV test or not?

Your condom broke , you need to be tested. most people including sex workers dont have HIV.

A 3 month test is conclusive

A negative test at 6 weeks is unlikely to change.

yes you have to be tested.her result shows that she wasnt infected 3months ago.but it tells you nothing about her status at the time u had sex together.
test after12weeks.
although you can take a duo test at 4 weeks which will detect 99%of infections and can put ur mind at rest.but you must retest after 12 weeks for 100%conclusive result

No it wasn't a high risk but it was a risk all the same. You were protected till the condom failed.

the HIV negative test on the sex workers is show that 1 mth ago she do not have HIV right? if within the window period she was not infect HIV am i am in safe right?

Her test results will not tell you your status. You don't know her sexual history. The only thing you need to concern youself with is your status.
