about 3 weeks ago I had protected sex (condom) with a random girl. However I performed oral sex on her.
about a week or two later i started noticing tiny white pimple like wounds starting to appear in my mouth. they come one at a time. also I have been experiencing a sore throat. I do not suffer from any other HIV symptom. should I be alarmed by this?
