pins and needles

I am concerned about my HIV status, split condum during sex. I am experiencing pins and needles in my back down to my feet for two weeks now. Could this be because I also dropped a door on my feet. Also how long after hiv infection does one experience pins and needles.  It`s been 2 months since my encounter. Appreciated.

There is NO REASON to test now when next month a conclusive test can be obtained.

The condom split, so it can constitute a possible exposure. A test right now will give you an indication how a conclusive test may turn out three months from now. The symptoms don't sound Like ARS, those take place 2-4 weeks after exposure and last up to 1-2 weeks. You are probably correct, it's probably from the door. Test soon to see where you are at. Best wishes.

PS: this only holds true with anal/vaginal sex, if oral sex, you will be fine.
