I had sex with a prostitute in Berlin she put three conditions 1.i need to take both 2. No anal sex ,3. No kissing. I instated my finger in to her vaginal with a condom for 2 minutes, then I asked her to blew my penis she ask me to were new condom then she blew me for about less than a minute, with the same condom we had a vaginal sex for I minutes  then I ejected . After intercose I taken of my penis from her then I removed my condom and touch top of my penis with the same handsome semin left out in my penis at that time. My condom was not broken and not slipped Semin remained in it.
1. People are saying that there won’t be a small hole or micro hole in a condom. If condom gets small hole because of outdated or  condom open by teeth  nail are oral sex it will end in condom break only and the user would 100% notice the condom failure. If I used a condom and Its not break or slipped then I am 100 % safe. Is it a problem using same condom for oral and vaginal sex, some website are still threatening the condom will pass through HIV is it true Some website are  telling all this story suits only for latex not for polyurethane because polyurethane has less elastic then latex, pl confirm.
2. I had a chat with CDC agent on virus out side body.  The CDC does not specify times but HIV is fragile, does not reproduce outside the host and begins to die immediately when outside the host. When it starts to die, it is not reproducing, the risk of infection is not there, pl confirm.
3. we masturbating each other without condom  for some pride at that time my penis touch her vaginal outside I am uncircumcised (skin will not go back even I try to move back).what is my chance of catching HIV.
I need any test; my wife is a feeding mother.

Welcome to our Forum.  the activities that you describe are safe sex and do not put you at risk for STDs or HIV.  You have nothing to worry about with regard to the activities that I understand you to have described.  Furthermore, before I answer your specific questions, I should also point out that it is very unlikely that your partner had HIV. When commercial sex workers insist on condoms use, it is in order to protect themselves from their customers and not to protect their customers from them. Thus it is very unlikely that your partner had HIV.  As for your specific questions:

1. Your condoms did not break.  If they had broken or otherwise failed, they would have broken wide open.  Condoms do no leak "just a little".    That your condom was used first for oral and the vaginal sex is OK. The reason it is not recommended that condoms be used for more than 1 sex act is that doing so increases their risk of breakage.  Your condoms did not break.
2.  This is correct. HIV does not live long at all outside of the body.
3.  There is no risk of HIV from mutual masturbation, even if you got some of each others' genital secretions on one another as often happens with mutual masturbation.
4. Sorry, we do not look at other links or photos on this site.

I hope my comments are helpful to you.  The activities you describe did not put you at risk for HIV.  You do not need to be tested.  EWH

Polyurethane condoms appear to work as well as latex.

No problem that your penis touched the outside of her vagina.  EWH

Sorry to bother u again, I promise u this my last post.

Point no 3.

I am uncircumcised and I have lot of skin on the top of my penis  even after full erection.

Peoples are saying that uncircumcised men have more chance of caching HIV and the virus live long under the skin, I am 100 % sure that the virginal fluid will not have direct contact (touch)  inside part of my penis it can reach only by pre-cum in conduct with virginal fluid ,is it possible.

Pl give a final bold advice to set my mind at ease.

I was really happy after your last replay.

But after reading some post on PCR my worry stats again, this time about my past experience.

In 2004 October I (uncircumcised)  had unproduced virginal sex with one of my known girl (first time in my life) after that I come to know she had multiple partners so I ask her HIV report first she refused then she give her report Elisa Negative 6 day after the picture even I unable to control my  anxious so I taken a PCR test after 38 days negative.
All after I consult a famous government DR in INDIA, he said I don’t need any further test.
2007 I got married, since I had unproduced sex with my wife, 6 month after my marriage she got pregnant, HIV test was negative.

1. Whether I was miss guided by my DR.
2. most of the website are saying PCR test is not reliable why.
3. Is PCR after 38 days is not 100%.
4. You recordation for me  at this time.

I agree with your doctor.  You do not need further testing.  This recommendation is based not only on your test results but also your report of your interactions which were low risk.

Regarding the PCR tests, here is a reply that I provided another person- "In general we do not recommend HIV PCR testing for diagnosis is HIV infection for several reasons.  While the PCR is likely to become positive more quickly than other antibody detection tests (i.e. usual blood tests), at the present time the blood tests are becoming more and more sensitive and detecting infection earlier and earlier so that the time difference in detection between PCR test and antibody detection tests is becoming smaller and smaller and at present is, in general only a week or two.  In addition the time course over which the PCR tests become positive is less well described than for the blood tests and, as a result, it is difficult to make a definitive statement on what a negative PCR test means at any time within a few weeks of exposure to a HIV infected or possibly infected partner.  PCR tests are also more expensive than regular antibody tests.  Finally and most importantly, the false positive rate for PCR tests (i.e. a positive result in persons who do not have HIV) is higher than for blood tests.  Each of this on this Forum have seen a number of people who were worried needlessly because of false positive tests. For all of these reasons, we rarely recommend testing for HIV diagnosis using PCR."

That said, your negative PCR test is further storng evidence that you do not have HIV.

My recommendations have not changed.  EWH
