please an answer

i have a question about oral sex...if u had oral to a girl and she make u that or if you just touch in some places and her to that fluids are risky...how much...not sex...but if that fluids are the one who give that diseases...how come that person who are touching and u know that from this u can get all around the body..its imposible not to...so somebody can get just from that??????or if it is about 2 girls...u know oral...and thouch with hand ,finger..please give me somebody an answer for the future...nobody liks risks...thank u..

furthermore...

there are over a dozen different proteins and enzymes in saliva that render hiv incapable of infecting.  there are NO verified/documented cases of anyone contracting hiv from oral sex only.
