please answer this question please!!

on december 4th..I somewhat hooked up with another guy im also a guy..we kissed for awhile and rubbed our penis's TOGETHER facing eachother and some of the other guys semen got on my penis im pretty sure it got on the head of my penis im not really 100% sure because semen was also coming out of my penis...soon as i noticed it i wiped as soon as i saw it..im scared that his semen might have entered my uretha:( what is the risk of me contracting HIV from this ?? please someone help me..i know that chances are low but its still possible please answer this question!

At no time did you have an exposure. HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug abusers
Mother to child
