please assess my risk

Hello Doc,
Could you please assess my risk? About 9 weeks ago, I went to a strip club & took couple of lap dances. During the lap dance, Stripper (23 years old) touched/rubbed her thongs (in the front portion) couple of times. During the lap dance, she gave me the hand job & I sucked her breasts. After hand job, she gave me some paper towels to clean my penis. She cleaned her hands with the paper towels. Before she gave me the lap dance there was about 30 minutes gap between me & the previous customer. About 8 & 1/2 ago, I went to the same strip club and took couple of lap dances with the same stripper. This time she put my penis in between her breast & started rubbing. During this process some of my pre-***/*** fell on her breasts. She cleaned it with the paper towels. I did the same thing. Before she gave me the lap dance, there was about 20 minutes gap between me & the previous customer. One more thing, my eye (eye lids/lashes) also touched my breast accidentally.

1. Am I at risk as far as HIV or any STD is concerned?
2. My concern is her virginal fluids as she touched her thong couple of times, some how touching my penis during the hand job. Can I get HIV?
3. Since she rubbed my penis against her breast & some ***/pre-*** fell on her breast, Is 15 minutes sufficient for the HIV virus to die if previous customer did the same thing. Remember she cleaned her beast so I assume she did the same thing after previous customer.
4. Same question here but this time I sucked her breast, would HIV virus die in 15 minutes.
5. Can I get HIV if my eyes touch her breast?
6. I had fever during second week after these incidents; do you think this is some thing to do with HIV? I have no other health since then.
8.    Can i get HIV from Hand job, Breast Sucking or Breast Job?
7. At 8 & 1/2 mark (from the last encounter) , I took HIV rapid test It was negative. Is this test conclusive for my type of situation?
8. Is it safe to resume sex with my wife?

I've not yet read your specific questions be I assume they have to do with your risk for HIV.  Each of the acts/exposures that you describe fall into the category of mutual masturbation which is safe sex and for which there is no risk of HIV whatsoever.  This is the case whether or not you got her secretions on you, including your penis and other mucosal surfaces  or not.  In addition, this is true no matter whether there were 2, 3 or even more people involved in the acts.  Thus the question of prior acts by here with other clients does not change your risk - there is no risk and no testing is required.  No I'll take a look at you questions and see if I have anticipated them:

1.  HIV, no.  If she had a lesion of some sort, i.e. herpes you might have been exposed and have some risk.  You did not say you saw a lesion so I assume this is not a concern.  If you had acquired HSV or any other STD, they would have shown up as lesions by now on you.  You did not get any infection from the exposure you describe.
2.  No
3.  No risk
4.  No risk
5.  No
6.  No
7.  You did not need an HIV test.  Your negative HIV test proves this.
8.  No
8.  Yes, you can have safe with your wife.

This was a no risk exposure.  You have nothing to worry about. Time to move on.  EWH

Dear Dr,

I had a lap dance yesterday at strip club. I was fully clothed, and the stripper was wearing bra and G-string underpant. During lap dance i did ejaculate in my pants. I did not see any wetness on my pants.

Is there a risk of catching HIV?

I am recovering from a fistulotomy surgery. The wound is healing and was plugged with gauze, is there a risk of virus getting via this wound?

I did not Kiss nor did I have any kind of sex with stripper.

please advice.

Thanks
