please doctor i need your help regarding p24 combo
hello doctor i would like to ask you i did external sex with girl which i dont know very well and i dont know if she has hiv or not , it was only oral sex with condom then i moved on her butt and i teased it out without penetration just out side friction and while friction the condom went out (removed) and only i touched her breasts is that dangerous realtionship if there is any lquid from her mouth on example touched the penis i am not sure if it is happened or not may me leaked from condom on her butt and i did a 24 combo blood test after 5 weeks 36 days about via lab here in kuwait sent my blood sample to tdl lab doctors laboratory in london and i got the result not detected (negative) it was antibodies & 24 antigen blood test combination test is that enough or i have to wait for more 90 days 3 months to make another blood test and could the result changed after 90 days is that happened before or not , regarding symptoms i am not sure but during 6 weeks i did not get fever and i am so worry can i depend on this result and what is the percentage of accuracy for this blood test after 36 days please advise me waiting for your help please

I would like to know the earlier HIV symptoms starting from 2 weeks until 6 weeks from exposure right that is mean I I get flu on example after 7 weeks it is normal right because I feel now I have flu and I am worry the test combo p24 5 weeks after exposure is reliable if the result not detected and this result won't be changed after 90 days on example if I retest please let me know thank you a lot for assistance and advice doctor

the first thing that u are not containing this HIV virus so what test or how many test and how long you test it will still be negative.
p24 is hiv antigen before the hiv virus create his antibody.
if people is getting infected by hiv virus but they are still in the window period the hiv p24antigen will be + and the antibody still negative after the window period the p24antigen will be- and the antibody is +.
and the last you are safe and please stop worrying this hiv stuff and trust me continue with your happy life before worrying this hiv stuff.

That is mean I haven't exposed to HIV risk so no need to worry because I did not vaginal or anal unprotected penetrative it was just friction out side with out penetration and touching her breasts before all of that oral sex with condom and the result of p24 after 36 days is enough and comfortable it was negative thank you a lot doctor
