please give me some true advice.

please give me some true advice.

Dear anyone who knows, i'm a technician in an HIV monitoring lab. abt almost 2 weeks ago. i had exposed to water drop from minus 70 degree celcious freezer ( ice was melt and i'm not sure if those HIV keeping box surface would have HIV particles after a contamination by touching HIV plasma and then grasped a box with that hand and then they were freezed with ice on box surface), which is a freezer for keeping HIV Samples . i'm not sure if HIV plasma had been contained in that drop of water or not  ( that drop of water got into my eye and i didn't wash it out coz at the first time i didn't realize if it might contain some HIV particles) please advise me and if that drop of water contained w HIV particles do i have a chance to get infected?.....  i'm so paranoid

                                                                                                               Thank you very much
