First of all, i would like to give a huge thanks to everyone that is using their expertise to help people in their times of desperation. i have read a lot of the posts, and was amazed to find out that this world isn't as cold as i once thought it was.
okay now that we got that out the way...

On jan. 15, i had unprotected oral sex with a college girl, she was no older than 21 years old.  i was drunk and stupid. anyways, i know it has been said millions of times before that contracting HIV via oral sex is a NO or LOW risk situation. however, what made me a bit more nervous is that this girl had a tounge piercing, which she claimed to have for 7 months. let me also point out that she performed oral sex on me for a min. till i noticed the piercing and immediately stopped her. so my first question is,
1) Does her having a tounge piercing increase the risk?
2)Does me having HSV1 increase the risk?
3)Do i have a reason to be worried and if so when should i test?

also, my symptoms are, burning sensation and itching in my public area, even near the anus,
i had a cold sore outbreak a few days after the exposure, also my throat was a bit sore.
please help doc., this situation has been making my life a living hell.
