please help I am losing my mind

Teak, I sent a message to your inbox because I don't want to double post but I am losing my mind with anxiety.
Has anyone seen these studies? What to make of these two studies?

I had "safe sex" with a potential risk. I am a man and was the top of another man. The condoms, however, were in black, unlabeled wrappers and of unknown origin. I had flu symptoms at Week 3 and have just developed a slight rash at Week 7. I am totally losing my mind and I don't know where to turn.
Has anyone seen these studies? What to make of these two studies?
