please help me about lab result

hi! this is my stroy
   I was sex with a prostitıtute in china on JUN 8,  I had a protected, but doubt the condom was broken. so until DEC 8, it's already half years. During the half year I already have ten HIV1/2 AB-EIA test and two HIV1  RNA ULTRAQT (BDNA), the results are all antibodies Nonreactive and RNA <75copies/m LOG10< 1.87 log copi.  The most recently tests were on the DEC 8, I did the HIV1/2 AB-EIA and RNA test in the Chinese hospital, San Francisco.(the result were same as usual,antibodies Nonreactive and RNA <75copies/m) The hospital they sent my blood specimen to the Quest Diagnostics Nichols, this lab operated my all tests.
  so I still have some worry about it

1) are these results all reliable?

2)is this lab Quest Diagnostics Nichols a reliable lab?

3)should I need more test, I only did my all tests in the Chinese Hospital and Quest Lab, should I need go to the Local STD doing HIV WB test or P24,PCR. Actually the last one one DEC 8, I required the HIV WB test from my doctor, but i don't know why the Chinese hospital Lab they considered that was HIV RNA......

4) by the way, is the RNA (BDNA) more reliable compare to the PCR? the minimum load only 75 copi, should I be confident with that?

Your tests are conclusive.You don't have Hiv.They are reliable and accurate.All the best.

sorry I have one more thing to ask
   If I did the test in local STD,where they performing the specimen? do they still need sending the specimen to the Lab(like the  Lab Quest)or they just doing themselves?
  Otherwise the results of the hospital and STD will be in different?
I'm so sorry about my suspicions, so my tests are conclusive,that's meaning I DO NOT need further tests in STD or other Hospital?

Depends, if they have there own inhouse lab they can test it there, if not they send them out.

whether the STD own lab or the hospital labs, so long as they can perform the test, I can believe they are reliable and responsible,  further I don't need go to STD, because my test result are all reliable and approved in the lab Quest?
