please help me i need your comments

i had a partner for more than a year and i also engaged a multiple one night stand. I remember i had unprotected sex with someone who has warts on his anal and also i once noticed my partner has a like "white heads" on his penis. now i have some warts on my anal.. and i think they are multiplying and getting severe... my another problem is i also have rashes from time to time... red, raised, itchy on my legs and arms... these rashes appeared 3 months after my last unprotected sex... i think its more than 2 months now since i have this.. but i never had a flu like, fever and other symptoms of HIV... i consulted once a dermatologist and injected me something and asked me to take tablets medicine (cetirizine hydrochloride) and thankfully they were all gone... but after a week, the rashes just keep on coming and will fade away if i will take the same medicine... i am working here in a very strict country and i am afraid to take the test for hiv.. could you please at least let me know if you think this is hiv??? i badly need your comment please.. i would appreciate it... regards,
