please help

Doctor..

After 24 days of exposure I got white fungal on my uvula and tonsils with pain the throat, it went away with daktarin oracl gel "temprature was fine 36.8 c" in 2 days everything was ok.. I also got diherria for 2 days and it went away.

After 30 days I did antigen hiv-1 /antibodies hiv-1/hiv-2 and the results were negative.

After 35 days I noticed a high temperature with no reason it went up to 37.3 then 37.7 then to 38 but it never exceeded 38, I didn't feel anything else hurting no flu symptoms no nothing only fever, now after 37 days I have muscle pain in my tummy and stomach and the fever is still there.

Could this be hiv symptoms? I'm not sure what exactly happened during the exposure, it was protected but I received  unprotected oral job for a few minutes and there was some pre-cum from me, also she scratched my back hard with her nails, maybe her fingers had some secretions.

please help

You did not have a risk.  You don't need testing.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is not transmitted by scratches.

"I'm not sure what exactly happened during the exposure"...How can we assess an exposure if you don't know what happened?

Protected oral or unprotected oral is not a risk. Protected vaginal or anal sex is not a risk. I see nothing above that makes this a exposure situation.
